Todd Humber, publisher of HR Law Canada, said the awards program was designed to shine a spotlight on those shaping the future of employment law and workplace fairness.
“Employment law is the backbone of a just and equitable workplace,” Humber said. “Through this program, we want to celebrate the professionals, law firms, and organizations that go above and beyond to create better outcomes for workers and employers. Their work often goes unnoticed, but it has a profound impact on millions of Canadians.”
The program also includes categories to recognize excellence in mental health leadership, corporate social responsibility, and both boutique and full-service law firms.
“Canada’s employment law community is filled with inspiring leaders and innovators,” Humber said. “These awards are an opportunity to recognize their hard work and elevate their contributions to a national stage.”
