Calgary-based employment lawyer Justin Turc named income partner at McCarthy Tétrault

McCarthy Tétrault has admitted nine new equity partners and 18 new income partners to the firm’s partnership, including Calgary-based labour and employment lawyer Justin Turc.

Turc advises employers on a range of human resources issues, including employment contracts, workplace policies, terminations, disability management, and workplace investigations. He also assists employers with disputes, including wrongful dismissal claims.

“This remarkable group of individuals has shown a deep commitment to client service and innovation,” the firm said in a press release.
