Kagan, Peregoudova named partners at Aird & Berlis in Toronto

Aird & Berlis has welcomed nine new partners to its firm, including two from the employment and labour law realm.

Alex Kagan is a member of the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Workplace Law Groups, assisting employers in defending a variety of employment and labour claims.

“In addition to diligent advocacy, Alex leverages his experience conducting workplace investigations, as well as drafting and implementing employment agreements and various workplace policies,” the firm said in a press release.

Dasha Peregoudova is a member of the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Workplace Law, and Sports, Media & Entertainment Groups.

“Her practice focuses on various employment and labour-related matters, such as drafting contracts and policies, grievances and collective bargaining, as well as civil and commercial actions involving employment disputes,” the firm said in a press release.

The other news partners are Meaghan Barrett, Jacob Brown, Holly Cunliffe, Amy Marcen-Gaudaur, Stefan Radovanovich, Russell Sanders and Leah Silber.
