Robert T. O’Neill, K.C., has joined the Edmonton office of DLA Piper Canada as a partner in the litigation, arbitration and investigations group.
O’Neill is a senior litigator with an extensive background in civil litigation matters.
He has represented clients at all levels of courts in Alberta and appeared before administrative boards and tribunals on a broad range of civil litigation matters.
His practice includes personal injury matters, corporate and commercial disputes, employment issues, construction and condominium disputes, estate litigation and a variety of insurance matters. O’Neill also has considerable experience successfully resolving matters for his clients through negotiation, mediation and arbitration..
