As a member of Torkin Manes’ Employment & Labour Group, Howe provides skilled counsel to employers with unionized and non-unionized workplaces, representing clients across a variety of sectors of the economy in both the private and public sectors, the firm said in a press release.

Her practice encompasses all manner of E&L, as she represents employers on a broad scope of labour and employment matters, including wrongful or constructive dismissal actions, human rights complaints, grievance arbitrations and labour board proceedings, it said.

She assists employers in successfully navigating complex workplace and human resource issues, providing strategic and practical advice to clients. Howe also regularly provides labour and employment support and counsel on corporate transactions.
