Dentons has announced 18 new partners in Canada, effective Feb. 1, 2023, including two employment lawyers — Virginie Dandurand and Roxana Jangi.

Virginie Dandurand

A partner based in Dentons’ Montréal office, Virginie Dandurand’s practice encompasses all aspects of employment and labour law.

She represents and provides advice to unionized and non-unionized employers on a variety of employment matters, including human rights, employment standards, employee complaints, corporate restructurings and acquisitions, downsizings, as well as performance and absenteeism management. She also drafts and negotiates employment and service agreements as well as confidentiality, non-solicitation or non-competition clauses.

Virginie provides strategic advice to clients, both in the context of the daily management of their workforce and of major commercial transactions. She advises clients on all aspects of their working relationship and represents them before civil court or administrative tribunals.

Roxana Jangi
