Carolyn Alexander joins Willis Business Law in Windsor, Ont.

Carolyn Alexander has joined Willis Business Law in Windsor, Ont., as an associate.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Carolyn Alexander to our Labour and Employment team,” the firm said in a LinkedIn post.

“Focusing primarily on management-side labour and employment law, Carolyn Alexander joins our team with a proven commitment to crafting solutions that empower businesses. Fresh from her bar call, she is passionate about aligning tailored strategies with clients’ unique goals,” it said.

Alexander was called to the Ontario Bar in 2024. She began her time with Willis Business Law as an articling student, assisting with corporate transactions and employment-related issues. Upon completing her articles and being called to the Ontario Bar, she joined the firm as an associate in the labour and employment group, according to her firm bio.

Her practice focuses primarily on management-side labour and employment law.

“She is committed to providing tailored solutions that support each client’s broader business strategy,” it states. “Carolyn leverages her creativity to develop innovative employment policies and contracts that are both effective and compliant.”

Alexander is a graduate of Queen’s University, Faculty of Law, where she was awarded the David Mullan Entrance Scholarship for academic excellence during her undergraduate studies.
