Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP has announced the addition of privacy law practitioners Éloïse Gratton and François Joli-Coeur to their national Privacy and Data Management practice group.
The two will serve as partners based in Montréal, with Éloïse Gratton and Adam Kardash co-chairing the practice.

Éloïse Gratton is nationally recognized as a leading privacy law practitioner in Canada, ranked Band 1 by Chambers Canada in Privacy & Data Management. She advises corporations across various sectors on privacy compliance, crisis and risk management, security incidents, ethics, and data governance matters related to personal information management. Additionally, she represents clients in privacy regulatory investigations.

François Joli-Coeur
