Jarda Law is a boutique litigation law firm based in Ottawa, Ontario. We are dedicated to providing strategic and compassionate legal representation in employment law, personal injury law, and civil litigation. We also conduct workplace investigations and culture reviews. We are committed to delivering cost-effective, practical, and results-driven legal solutions.

We help employees and employers navigate a wide range of workplace issues and dispute. Our services include advising clients on employment contracts, severance packages, wrongful dismissals, constructive dismissal, just cause terminations, employment policies and procedures, independent contractor agreements, and human rights, harassment, and bullying matters.

We provide independent workplace investigations and culture assessments to help organizations address misconduct, manage risk, and promote respectful workplaces. We investigate allegations of harassment, discrimination, bullying, and policy breaches and strengthen workplace practices. We also assess the overall environment, behaviours, and values within an organization, and we help identify systemic issues and areas for improvement to foster an inclusive and productive workplace. Our approach is fair, trauma-informed, and grounded in employment and human rights law.

We provide services to clients in English and French across Ontario.
