We advise clients regularly on concerns related to their employees to help mitigate risk in the event an employment relationship is severed.

We also litigate on all matters related to employment law. We have extensive experience in civil litigation and labour and arbitration proceedings. We regularly appear before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, the Court of Appeal, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and the Ontario Labour Relations Board.
