Ronni has had the privilege of having a law practice focused on labour law and professional discipline. After obtaining her Qualified Arbitrator designation and Mediation/Arbitration training through the ADR Institute and completing Advanced Workplace Investigation training through Osgoode Hall Law School, she is now transitioning her practice to act as a Mediator and/or Arbitrator (family, labour and commercial) and to conduct workplace investigation. In addition, Ronni continues to be a Saskatchewan Police Commission Hearing Officer and has recently been appointed to the City of Regina Board of Revision. Ronni is the current Chair of the CBA National Labour & Employment Law Section and is active with many volunteer boards and organizations, with a focus in the areas of addictions, mental health and recovery. In her spare time Ronni will be found with her almost constant canine companion “Stevie Wonder” and his sidekick “Kidney Bean” and her horses “Casey and Finnegan”. Ronni has two grown children who live in Alberta and British Columbia and she always looks forward to spending time with them.
