Dharshani Arumugam has joined Monkhouse Law Employment Lawyers as an associate.
Andrew Monkhouse, founder of the firm, welcomed Arumugam as the newest associate in a LinkedIn post on May 25.
Dharshani obtained her JD at the University of Windsor – Faculty of Law, and both her Masters and Bachelor of Arts degrees at York University.
She articled at a boutique family law firm in North York prior to joining Monkhouse Law.
During law school, Dharshani was involved in mooting and ADR competitions, as well as the South Asian Law Students’ Association. She also volunteered at Community Legal Aid in Windsor.
Outside of work, Dharshani is an active member of the Tamil Bar Association and enjoys re-watching 90’s sitcoms, according to her profile on the firm’s website.
