Aman Atwal called to the bar, joins Harris & Company LLP as associate

Aman Atwal, an articling student at Harris & Company LLP, has been called to the bar and is now an associate at the Vancouver-based firm.

“Workplace law is dynamic and each challenge is a learning opportunity,” said Atwal in a quote posted by the firm on Linkedin.

“I enjoy workplace law because it allows me to build genuine relationships with clients to help address unique situations,” she said. “I am excited to work with our clients and my colleagues at Harris to continue learning about workplace law so that I can provide proactive, creative solutions.”

She practices in all areas of workplace law and has a particular interest in proactive policies, agreements, and practices with the goal of creating a meaningful, positive impact on workplaces, according to her bio on the firm’s website.

“She is passionate about the human-centred nature of workplace law as it fosters genuine relationships that allow people to come together to address the unique challenges of workplace law with creative, tailored solutions,” it said.

Atwal has studied at the University of Birmingham, and she received a bachelor’s degree in Arts & Humanities and Political Science at Western University in London, Ont. She studied law at the University of Victoria.
