Alexandra Levine has joined the Vancouver office of McMIllan LLP as an associate, litigation and dispute resolution.

Levine’s practice focuses on representing clients in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Her broad litigation experience includes complex commercial disputes, commercial and residential tenancy issues, administrative law and human rights claims, employment disputes, estate litigation, construction disputes and creditor and debtor remedies. Her background also includes employment law, occupational health & safety and immigration, according to her profile on the firm’s website.
Levine works with clients from pre-suit to appeal. She has appeared before the British Columbia and Ontario Provincial and Supreme Courts, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, as well as various administrative tribunals. She has also guided clients to successful conclusions in mediations and settlement negotiations.
After articling with a national law firm in Toronto, Levine relocated to Vancouver to practice civil litigation at a regional firm before joining McMillan.
She received her J.D. from the University of Ottawa and also holds a Masters of Arts in International Law from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Bachelor of Arts honours with distinction from McGill University. She was called to the bar in Ontario and B.C. in 2022.
